I just wanted to say it was really nice to meet you and once again; thank you for arranging such a wonderful holiday for us.
We loved every minute of it. The lodges were good, the food was fine and the views were simply stunning. We were a little concerned about the 'tented' accomodation when we booked but to our delight, the tent was even better quality than the rooms in the lodges!
The safari itself was fantastic and is something that will stay with us for a long time to come. Thanks to Sammy's knowledge of the parks and animals we saw all of the animals we were hoping to and more so we are very satisfied customers and would recommend african safaris to others without a second thought.
As for Sammy, we could not have hoped for a better driver. He was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and considerate of our wishes at all times. He always put us first and we are so grateful that we were lucky enough to have been given him as our driver. We felt completely safe in his hands. Although I have no way of knowing the quality of your other drivers, I feel Sammy must surely count as one of your top ones. Thank you for giving him to us for our stay.
All in all Mercy, our trip was fantastic. I cannot thank you enough for arranging such a wonderful experience for us.

Thank you for your email and for organizing so well our trip. Everything worked as planned and the driver was very nice and knew his way around the reserves to spot animals.

My sister arrived early this morning and I could not resist taking her feedback with regard to the trip.
Overall they had a rollicking time in terms of every thing. It is 9 out 10 in all aspects. They really could not single out any flaw in the entire trip.
