Safaris from Nairobi

They cover most parts of the Northern Kenya and the Rift Valley, that is to say, they take you to the Aberdares, Mount Kenya, Samburu, Lake Nakuru and the Maasai Mara. Extensions to Amboseli National Park situated on the Southern part of Kenya are also featured.

ARS 7: ONE NIGHT TREE HOTEL

Day 01- Depart from your hotel and drive north through the Kikuyu Countryside of large plantations of coffee, pineapple and tea to Nyeri Township. Lunch at Outspan the base hotel for Treetops. Afternoon transfer to Treetops for game viewing and overnight.

Day 02- Return to your base hotel for breakfast. Then drive leisurely to Nairobi through Thika Falls.

ARS 8: ONE NIGHT RIFT VALLEY

Day 01- Descend through the Kikuyu Escarpment to Lake Nakuru National Park. Lunch and game drive. Afternoon depart for Lake Bogoria Game Reserve. Overnight Lake Bogoria Hotel.

Day 02- Early morning game drive with a visit to the geysers. Return for breakfast.
Relaxation in the spur. After lunch depart for Nairobi to arrive before sunset.

ARS 9: ONE NIGHT AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK

Day 01- Depart for Amboseli. See the spectacular Mt. Kilimanjaro. Lunch. Afternoon game drive. Overnight at 01 Tukai Lodge.

Day 02- Early morning game drive in search of the Big Five. Breakfast. Return to Nairobithereafter.

ARS10: TWO NIGHTS MAASAI MARA

Day 01- Drive through the floor of the Rift Valley to Maasai Mara, renowned for its abundance of game. Lunch at Mara Sopa Lodge. Afternoon game drives. Dinner
and overnight in the same lodge.

Day 02- Full day in the Mara with morning and afternoon game drives. Meals and overnight in the same lodge.

Day 03 Early morning game drive before breakfast. Then depart for Nairobi.

ARS 11: 2 NIGHTS AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK

Day 01- Drive southeast to Amboseli National Park. Lunch. Dinner and overnight at Amboseli Serena Lodge.

Day 02- Full day in Amboseli. Mt. Kilimanjaro the highest mountain in Africa can best be viewed from this park on a clear day. You will have two full game drives.

Day 03- Early morning game drive before breakfast. Thereafter depart for Nairobi.

ARS 12: 3 NIGHT RIFT VALLEY / MAASAI MARA

Day 01- Depart for Lake Nakuru National Park in the Rift Valley. Arrive for lunch at Lake Nakuru Lodge. Afternoon game drive. Return for dinner and overnight in Lake Nakuru lodge.

Day 02- Drive to Maasai Mara National Reserve. Your lunch awaits you at Mara Sopa Lodge. Afternoon game drive. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 03- You will have two full game drives in this park, famous for its game. Optional balloon safari. Meals and overnight in the same lodge.

Day 04- Early morning game drive before breakfast. Depart for Nairobi.

ARS 13: 3 NIGHTS TREE HOTEL/ SAMBURU

Day 01- Depart Nairobi for Aberdare National Park, lunch at your base hotel before being transferred to The Ark or Treetops for game viewing from the balcony of your room. Dinner and overnight game viewing.

Day 02- Breakfast is at your base hotel. Drive to Samburu National Reserve to arrive for lunch. Afternoon game dive. Dinner and overnight, Samburu lodge / Serena.

Day 03- Full day in Samburu with two game drives. All meals and overnight at your
lodge.

Day 04- Early morning game drive, after breakfast depart for Nairobi.

ARS14: 3 NIGHTS TREE HOTEL/SAMBURU/ MT KENYA

Day 01- Depart Nairobi for Aberdare National Park. Lunch is at Aberdare Country Club, base hotel for the Ark. Afternoon transfer to the Ark for dinner and overnight game viewing.

Day 02- Transfer to Aberdare Country Club for breakfast. This is where you link up with your driver and drive to Samburu National Reserve to arrive for lunch. Afternoon game drive, dinner and overnight in the same lodge.

Day 03- After an early morning game dive, depart for the foothills of Mt. Kenya to the Prestigious Mt. Kenya Safari Club. The rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight in the same club.

Day 04- Return to Nairobi.

ARS15: 4NIGHTS TREE HOTEL/RIFTVALLEY/MAASAI MARA

Day 01- Depart Nairobi via Kikuyu farmlands to Aberdare National Reserve. Lunch at Outspan, the base hotel for Treetops. Afternoon transfer to Treetops for dinner and overnight game viewing at the floodlit water hole.

Day 02- Breakfast is at the base hotel. Later drive to the floor of the Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru National Park, the world’s famous bird spectacle. Lunch is at the lodge. Afternoon game drive and overnight is at Lake Nakuru Lodge.

Day 03- Depart after breakfast, and drive to the renowned Maasai Mara National Reserve, to arrive in time for lunch at Mara Sopa Lodge. Afternoon game drive, dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge.

Day 04- Full day in the game – studded plains with two game drives. All meals and overnight at the lodge.

Day 05- Return to Nairobi to arrive in time for lunch.

ARS 16: 4 NIGHTS SAMBURU / TREE HOTEL / RIFT VALLEY

Day 01- Depart Nairobi for a drive to the former Northern Frontier district, to the Samburu National Reserve, arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive , dinner and overnight at Samburu Lodge.

Day 02- Full day in the Samburu National Reserve with a morning and afternoon game drive. All meals and overnight at your lodge.

Day 03- Full day in Samburu National Reserve with a morning and afternoon game drive. All meals and overnight at your lodge.

Day 04- After early morning game drive and breakfast at the lodge, depart for Aberdare National Park for lunch at the base hotel. Afternoon transferto Treetops or the Ark for dinner and overnight game viewing.

Day 05- Depart and drive down the floor of the rift valley to the largest bird sanctuary, Lake Nakuru National Park. Lunch at the lodge. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at the Lake Nakuru Lodge.

Day 06- After breakfast return to Nairobi.

ARS 17: 5 NIGHTS TREE HOTEL / MT. KENYA / RIFT VALLEY / MAASAI MARA

Day 01- Depart Nairobi for Aberdares. Lunch is at your base hotel. In the afternoon transfer to Treetops/The Ark for dinner and overnight game viewing.

Day 02- Transfer to the base hotel for breakfast and then depart for the prestigious Mt. Kenya Safari Club.

Day 03- Descend to the floor of the Rift Valley, the world’s largest bird spectacle, Lake Nakuru National Park. Lunch. Game drive. Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge.

Day 04- Drive to Maasai Mara Mara National Reserve, lunch at Mara Sopa Lodge. Afternoon game drive, dinner and overnight at you lodge.

Day 05- Full day in the world famous game sanctuary Maasai Mara National Reserve. Morning and afternoon game drives. Meals and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge.

Day 06- After breakfast, depart for Nairobi.

ARS 18: 5 NIGHTS AMBOSELI / RIFT VALLEY / MAASAI MARA

Day 01- Depart Nairobi for Amboseli. Lunch is at Ol Tukai / Amboseli Serena Lodge. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 02- Full day in the park with morning and afternoon game drives. All meals and overnight at your lodge.Day 03- Early morning departure and drive to the floor of the floor of the Rift Valley to the evergreen Lake Naivasha Country Club for lunch. Afternoon at leisure, dinner and overnight at the same club.

Day 04- Cross over to the game-stubbed Maasai Mara. Lunch is at Mara Sopa Lodge. Afternoon game drive, dinner and overnight in the same lodge.

Day 05- Full day exploring these open grasslands, with morning and afternoon game drives, dinner and overnight in the same lodge.

Day 06- After breakfast, return to Nairobi.

ARS 19: 6 NIGHTS SWEETWATERS / SAMBURU / MT. KENYA / MAASAI MARA

Day 01- Depart Nairobi for Aberdare National Park to arrive at Oustpan for lunch. Later transfer to Treetops for dinner and overnight game viewing.

Day 02- Return to Outspan for breakfast, and later drive north to Samburu National Reserve. Lunch is at Samburu Lodge. Afternoon game drive, dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 03- Full day in Samburu with morning and afternoon game drives.

Day 04- After breakfast, drive to the Great Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru National Park. Lunch at Lake Nakuru Lodge. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 05- Drive out of the Rift Valley to the world famous Maasai Mara National Reserve. Lunch is at Mara Sopa Lodge. Afternoon game drive dinner and overnight at the same lodge.

Day 06- Full day in the Mara exploring the grasslandswith morning and afternoon game drives. Dinner and overnight will be at Mara Sopa Lodge.

Day 07- After breakfast take a leisurely drive to Nairobi.

ARS 21: 6 NIGHTS TREE HOTEL / RIFT VALLEY / MAASAI MARA / AMBOSELI

Day 01- Depart Nairobi for Aberdare National Park. Lunch at the base hotel. Transfer to Treetops or the Ark for dinner and overnight game viewing,

Day 02- Drive to one of the Rift Valley lakes, famous for its concentration of both Greater and Lesser flamingoes Lake Nakuru. Lunch. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 03- After breakfast, drive to Maasai Mara, the “Jewel of Safari Expedition” to arrive in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge.

Day 04- Full day in the Mara with morning and afternoon game drives. All meals and overnight at your lodge.

Day 05- After breakfast, drive to Nairobi for lunch before proceeding to Amboseli your destination this day. Game drive en-route to the superb Ol Tukai Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 06- Full day in Amboseli with morning and afternoon game drives. All meals and overnight at he lodge.

Day 07- After breakfast you will return to Nairobi.

ARS 22: 7 NIGHTS TREE HOTEL / SAMBURU / RIFT VALLEY / MAASAI MARA / AMBOSELI

Day 01- Morning drive through the Kikuyu countryside to the base hotel for lunch. Transfer to your tree hotel game viewing through out the night. Dinner and overnight at Mountain Lodge, the Ark or Treetops.

Day 02- Return to the base hotel for breakfast, and drive to Samburu Lodge. Afternoon game drive and drive to your safari lodge.

Day 03- Drive around the Aberdare Mountains and descend into the Great Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru Lodge. Afternoon game drive. Overnight at Lionhill Lodge.

Day 04- Drive to the Maasai Mara arriving in time for lunch at Mara Sopa / Keekorok Lodge. Afternoon game drive in the Mara. Dinner and overnight at your safari lodge.

Day 05- Morning and afternoon game drives in the reserve. All meals and overnight at your safari lodge.

Day 06- After breakfast, drive back to Nairobi for lunch. Afternoon proceed to Amboseli National Park, game drive en-route to the superb Ol Tukai Lodge on the foothills of Mt Kilimanjaro.

Day 07- Full day in Amboseli with morning and afternoon game drives. All meals and overnight at Ol Tukai Lodge.

Day 08- After breakfast start a leisurely drive back to Nairobi.
